Join this exclusive MedTech pitch event! On 28 September 2026, 12 selected European MedTech startups will pitch their innovative solutions to a curated audience of 130 guests.
As one of the highest-profile MedTech events during Bits & Pretzels week, this pitch event gives European medical device startups a dedicated stage within one of Europe’s most prominent startup conferences. The goal is to connect ambitious MDR/IVDR founders directly with relevant investors, VCs, ecosystem players, industry partners, and regulatory experts.
Come and pitch! We will form two pitch groups of 6 MedTech startups each, with 6 Pre-Certification and another 6 Post-Certification Startups.
10 out of these 12 pitch slots are open for general application. 2 slots will be assigned through our sponsors.
We are curious who will win! An 8-member jury consisting of investors, founders, ecosystem players, and regulatory experts will evaluate the pitches and award two winners.
The prices for the winners are:
- 2x Access & Booth packages @ Health.Tech 2027 (value of CHF 7.000)
- 2x Regulatory Support packages from CertHub (value of EUR 11.760)
All European startups that develop or have a MDR/IVDR relevant solution.

The Europe's Best MedTech pitch event takes place at Brainlab, whose headquarter sits just 100 meters from Messe München. Here's how to find us:
By U-Bahn
Take the U2 to Messestadt West. From there, it's a 7-minute walk – just follow the Brainlab Tower, which you'll see right away.
By car
Take the A94 and exit at Feldkirchen-West or München-Riem. Parking directly at Brainlab is limited, so we recommend using the U-Bahn or one of the parking facilities at Messe München nearby.
