TUM Venture Labs is a joint initiative of UnternehmerTUM and the Technical University of Munich (TUM). We combine a network of subject-specific incubators that serve as a springboard for entrepreneurship in the fields of deep tech and life sciences. Our mission is to support start-ups from the initial idea to investor readiness - with an active network of academic and industrial experts, strategic advice and state-of-the-art research and development infrastructure.

Your Mission

  • Marketing support: You will support us with tasks such as implementing marketing campaigns, developing marketing materials and creating content and storytelling.
  • Planning and organizing events:  You will have the opportunity to work with the team to plan and organize events as well as set up your own projects. This includes tasks such as coordinating logistics, working with service providers and coordinating with speakers and participants to ensure that the events run smoothly.
  • Network: You help us to expand our network - become part of it!

Your Profile

  • Students of all disciplines with a high affinity for marketing, social media, event management and communication
  • Initial experience with events, marketing, CMS and CRM systems through internships, part-time jobs or similar
  • High level of personal responsibility, proactive way of working and a strong “get things done” mentality
  • You have already gained experience in teamwork and enjoy working in and with teams
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and very good communication skills in German and English
