Working Student Central Marketing (m/f/d)

TUM Venture Labs is a joint initiative of UnternehmerTUM and TUM. We combine a network of domain-specific incubators that serve as a springboard for entrepreneurship in the fields of deep tech and life sciences. Our mission is to help start-ups scale from initial idea to investor readiness - with an active network of academic and industry experts, strategic advice and state-of-the-art research and development infrastructure.

Your Mission

In this position you will be part of the central marketing team and support the overall brand management of TUM Venture Labs. You will be responsible for the following tasks

  • Create content for relevant channels (social media, website, newsletters, etc.)
  • Contribute to the preparation and creation of marketing materials such as templates, presentations, brochures, merchandising and event materials
  • Support and coordinate events in and around Munich
  • Support the marketing team in tracking and analysing key performance indicators
  • Be the main contact for our Venture Labs and coordinate requests independently
  • Work closely with various business units of UnternehmerTUM and TUM or other internal/external stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, marketing, communication or a comparable field of study
  • Motivation and openness to get to know the up-and-coming start-up ecosystem and work with a team and stakeholders in and around Munich
  • You have a strong hands-on mentality, like to take initiative, propose creative ideas and implement them
  • You are very well organized, reliable and a real team player
  • You have a very good command of German and English
  • You have already gained some experience in marketing, event organization and/or content marketing
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, Google Analytics, or similar is a plus!
