Working Student Project Lead "Quantum/Semicon Fellowship Program“ (m/f/d)

We are the central engine for entrepreneurial efforts in quantum and semiconductor technologies in Munich and part of the flagship initiative Munich Quantum Valley and Bavarian Chip Design Center. In close collaboration with our local ecosystem, we are building one of the world's leading innovation hubs for Quantum and semiconductor technologies.

Your Mission

  • You’ll be the lead for the Venture Lab Quantum/Semicon’s Fellowship Program, designed to integrate students into our entrepreneurial ecosystem of founders, researchers and industry partners 
  • Design and run the application process for the program participants 
  • Hold or organise workshops for the program on business and or technology 
  • Source and manage partners and collaborators 
  • Drive exchange among the participants and organize community events 
  • Refine and adjust the program structure based on feedback and external inputs 

Your Profile

  • Preferably have experience in organisation of large events/projects 
  • Preferably have experience with recruiting and talking to partners, for instance from previous work in a student initiative or another organisation 
  • Want to create and be part of a strong community of entrepreneurial deep tech enthusiasts  
  • Very good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 
  • Self-driven and pragmatic way of working with a high degree of ownership 
  • Fluency in English (German skills are beneficial)

Working relationship will start as soon as possible and last for at least one semester, preferably longer. Payment in line with TUM student assistant contracts with a capacity of 10-20 hours per week.
