Carbon Atlantis develops an electrochemical, modular, low-cost Direct Air Capture approach that can also be used for CCUS (Cement, Chemistry). The low-cost approach uses off-the-shelf materials and is highly scalable.

One of our biggest challenges was getting lab space in the very early days.

The TUM Venture Labs helped us to get lab space in the very early days to run our first experiments – a crucial step from an idea on paper to our first functional prototype.
