The workshop is divided into online and on site sessions.
Online
In preparation for the on-site workshop you will have exclusive access to our online academy, where you can take the first courses at your own pace. We'll start with the basics of AI and Chat GPT in our online modules before moving on to the on-site workshop. You'll also get to grips with the BML cycle and hypothesis testing to help you refine your startup ideas.
On site
Join us for an onsite workshop in Heilbronn to turn theory into action. We'll help you identify critical "jobs to be done," clarify problems, and map customer journeys. You'll also learn how to use Chat GPT for hypothesis prioritisation, create structured test cards, and make informed decisions on your startup's next steps. With these essential skills and tools, you'll be well on your way to startup success.

All sessions are conducted in English and designed to be accessible, requiring no prior knowledge or coding skills.
The program is free of charge, but spaces are limited, so we encourage you to sign up quickly.
You don't need coding skills to take part in this workshop.
