At Dahlia Biotech, our mission is to defossilize the production of base chemicals. We utilize locally available agricultural and industrial sidestreams to convert carbon into valuable chemicals through an efficient and sustainable process. Our innovative purification technology further refines these products using minimal energy at low costs. The resulting renewable chemicals serve the food and chemical industries and can help them achieve their emission reduction goals.

Starting a deep-tech business in the bioeconomy sector presents several challenges – one of the first being access to a laboratory. TUM Venture Lab ChemSPACE supports us with the lab space needed to begin our technical development.
