At the beginning, you have an idea of what you want to develop. A product with many functions and use cases. The way it should look in the end. But where do you start? You’re faced with a huge mountain of problems and possibilities, but you don’t know which one to tackle first. It’s really difficult in this process not to lose focus and to always keep the user at the center of development.

As a solo founder, it is difficult to monitor your own progress and see where you need to improve. The TUM Venture Lab in Heilbronn with Focus on Software and AI helps me with weekly meetings to set my goals correctly, to strategically consider how to move forward and to reflect on what I have achieved in the past.
