Advice for Founders

Focus on solving real customer problems—not just building the “best” product. In B2B, it’s not about selling, it’s about enabling. Solve, don’t sell. Also, be prepared: B2B sales cycles are longer and more complex than expected. Patience, persistence, and deep customer understanding are key to building trust and traction.
