Futurail develops and commercializes technology for Autonomous Trains, making train transportation more frequent, reliable and cost-effective.

As a startup in the rail industry, slow-moving actors and complex processes made it hard to get a foot in the door. It required hard work to establish our brand in the industry.

No One Is Born a Master: Every beginning is challenging. At the start, you will face new tasks and obstacles daily, often encountering things you've never done before. It's perfectly normal to make mistakes or approach problems inefficiently. Your first investor call or pitch deck iteration might be rough, but you'll soon notice improvement with constant feedback and iterations. That's why endurance is crucial; be patient and give yourself the time to climb the learning curve.
