"Our core product, OnkoPass, is an interactive therapy management platform. It connects patients, via an App, with their care teams using a dashboard. Patients can track symptoms, collect vital signs or share relevant documents with their care team from the comfort of their home. Healthcare professionals receive real-time, structured insights, enabling them to carry out timely interventions – all whilst spending less time on admin and more time actually caring for patients. The combination of clinical and patient-reported data enables a more efficient, personalized, and connected care pathway."
