ERC-System GmbH is a Munich-based aviation startup specializing in the development of electrified aviation solutions, in particular electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing Aircraft (eVTOLs). The company develops innovative aircraft that combine the vertical takeoff and landing capabilities of helicopters with the efficient cruise flight characteristics of fixed-wing aircraft. ERC focuses on critical mission applications, including interhospital patient transport, evacuation of injured persons, and cargo transport in challenging environments. Satellite assets are increasingly financed by institutional lenders and insurers, but no standardised framework exists for estimating their default risk. We are developing the first audit-grade probability of default platform for orbital assets, combining orbital data, Bayesian inference, and institutional finance methodology. We are a pre-revenue deep tech company based in Germany, currently expanding our technical and quantitative team.
