THE POOL is an intensive five-day innovation sprint designed to accelerate the
development of actionable prototypes. Unlike traditional hackathons or ideation
workshops, THE POOL prioritizes experienced participants and focuses on tangible
outcomes. It is built as a micro-cosmos of an innovation-ecosystem with a focus on
serendipity, ecosystem-enablement, and maximation of coaching potential.

Daily Agenda

09:00 - Daily stand-up: Participants pitch their current progress and plans for the day!

12:00 - Founder Lunch: Participants get lunch with experts from all over the
ecosystem!

16:30 - Daily stand-up: Participants pitch the current state of their startup idea!

18:00 - Official end of the day - all participants are welcome to continue work even
after their respective batch ended!
