Advice for Founders
Focus on building a highly scalable solution that tackles a massive, real-world problem, but remember that in food-tech, consumers will only adopt your product if you never compromise on taste AND price. So do not overengineer solutions, and do not build tech for the sake of tech - viable business case with solid margins at all means. Surround yourself with a resilient team that can navigate the difficult leap from lab research to industrial-scale production.
