Day 0: Pre-Event Dinner
Team icebreaker and alignment session to accelerate chemistry before the sprint begins.
Day 1: Challenge Reveal
Challenge tracks are introduced. Teams identify pain points, sketch solution architectures, and align with mentors on technical assumptions.
Day 2: Validation & Prototyping
Teams conduct field research on the trade fair floor, receive intensive mentor feedback, and build MVPs or run critical system simulations.
Day 3: Grand Finale
Pitch coaching and live 3-minute pitch + demo in front of a senior industry jury. Track winners announced.
