Are you passionate about startups and eager to gain hands-on experience in the entrepreneurial ecosystem? Do you want to expand your network and gain insights into innovation and venture creation? Then join us as a Working Student (HiWi) focusing on Office Operations & Community Management. We are particularly looking for a TUM student with a background in Business, Technical and / or Life Sciences to support our activities.
TUM Entrepreneurship supports ambitious founders and startups on their journey from idea to market validation. With our experience and network, we help innovative projects reach the next level. This is your chance to gain insight into startup support within a dynamic, interdisciplinary team and collect valuable practical experience in an international environment.
Your Mission
You will be involved in:
- Office and Operations Support: Support daily office management and team tasks around marketing (content creation, website management) and process automation
- Project Management: Lead or support the planning and execution of various projects around our ecosystem
- Co-organization of Events: Support planning, executing and managing events (e.g., AgriFood Demo Day, startup meetups).
- Community Management Support: Assist with maintaining our Coworking Space and lab areas
Your Profile
- Enthusiasm for startups, innovation and organizational tasks
- Experience with either project management, community management or marketing
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of both German and English
- Proficiency with digital tools (e.g. Notion, Slack, MS Office, Miro, Make) is a plus

The compensation is based on the current rates for student assistants (14.00€/h with a completed Bachelor's degree).
